Nadene is a practice-focused, education-oriented, scholar-practitioner with more than twenty years of professional clinical experience and servant leadership in long-term care, community health, emergency, operating room, nursing education, and nursing research combined.
At Moneague Care Compliance LLC., Nadene and her team ‘bring regulatory compliance to the bedside’ through Survey Readiness Assessments, Clinical Competencies, QAPI implementation, Infection Control and Prevention Services, Risk Assessment and Mitigation, and assistance with CMS/NYSDOH re-certifications. The Moneague team also develops directed plans of correction (DPOC), Directed in-service, healthcare policies and procedures, IJ abatements, responses for IDRs, Clinical Competencies, and guidance for Special Focus Facilities.
